Before Work Begins: Full refunds are available if a project is cancelled before any work has started.
After Work Has Started: Partial refunds may be considered, depending on the work completed and expenses incurred.
Completed Projects: Once a project is completed and delivered, refunds will not be issued. If there are issues, we will work to resolve them.
Digital Marketing & Branding Services
Refunds are not available for completed campaigns, branding services, or delivered assets.
If you cancel a service before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
If a campaign is paused or cancelled mid-way, a partial refund may be considered, at our discretion.
Consulting & Strategy Sessions
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be provided for missed or last-minute cancelled appointments.
Non-Refundable Items

Domain registrations, hosting fees, or third-party service costs.
Work completed as per the agreed project scope.
